Extremely poor customer service. They offer cheap plans but offer zero customer service. If you open a service request, they will automatically switch it to resolved. Would not recommend. Messaging [email protected] is useless. No proper resolution is provided.

Spectra is good but i was working in legal department as an intern i got the internship on 24july and ends on 30th September. Today is 6th November but they are not able to give me that amount which i was promised i.e. my stipend.

Words fall short of the apathy meted out over a puny issue of Plan change, numerous efforts to get in touch has fallen on deaf ears and the only time they give you importance is when you get a new connection installed. Else you’re left at the apathy and there’s nothing much you can do about it other than getting your blood pressure high P. S. - An update that their so called Okhla office has now permanently shifted to Gurgon, so for those planning to come and resolve, shelve the same.
