We have our office in sector-18 Noida(Ansal Fortune Arcade)-Mz-007(270sq ft).(Pettitts India Tours Pvt Ltd) We have been paying maintenance charges every quarter for many years.But till date we didnt find any improvement in servicing by your side.Your Maintenance is next to nothing.We didnt find any improvement in the building maintainenance .whenever we come across that side,it always remain shabby & unclean. There is no toilet in the main area.Lots of things needs to be done which are lacking. This is one of the reason nobody is interested in leasing our premises.We would like to request you to assess the situation yourself & upgrade the property maintenance & justify the charges which are very high. Hope you will look into the matter & take favourable action.
