It is too much fraud firm in india......they hired me as freelancer on freelancer.com and took me from 2633 INR (rupees) as security deposit.....nd they said...it will refund u after completed ur first 30 pages.....i completed 30 pages and sent them......it's been 4-5 days for sent a completed work.....but they didn't give my email replay......i also sent them my bank details for payment .... So people's, don't work for this firm..... it's fraud firm...

They don't give you your feedback even you ask them for the feedback any good company will not do that and the hiring management or who ever took my interview seems like he is not even 10 pass he was not even sure what he is asking less salary 6 days working no future growth there is lot of less respect given to you while you work they torcher you and they can manuplate there policy anytime for there benifts so think before joining don't waste your time with such company only good for freshers to get some experience

This company doesn't pay you as an employee. They pay you as a freelancer. They will pay you for hours. They will force you to fill a remaining day leave. When they don't have work to give you. They will immediately send you on unpaid leave as they get caught up between projects. They don't follow the norms. And when you ask what norm mentions that you can send a person on unpaid leave without any notice of 10 days. They say that we are telling you now. That we don't intensify such things. And can send you on unpaid leave. As we want and as we can. But you can't make a come to the office whole day and wait just for a error in computer so they will format it and then they will not have the product key for system. And the manager will then ask you to go at home and work the whole night so that they could send the files to the client the next day. And even if you do that instead of appreciation they will ask you to fill the other half day leave. When the company doesn't have work to give you. When you are still connected to the company on skype as work from home has been initiated. If company cannot treat their employees as an employee. They should hire freelancers. So that they could get paid for what they have done! And they use crack versions.
