Gave 6 blankets for dry cleaning received just now. All are dusty not cleaned properly. No any fragnance in blanket. Still i am coughing of dust. Raised same concern to delievery team, not ready to listen. I paid 3800 for stiching and drycleaning all went on vain. I want to speak with higher management.

Worst experience ever! They charge you massively as if they offer premium quality services. They don’t dry-clean stuff they wash it may be. I gave them white shrug for dry cleaning and they tore my piece. Would say try another dry cleaning service, who deliver or time and are customer friendly.

Truly the worst laundry experience I’ve ever had. They overcharged a massive amount for normal laundry, then didn’t wash one of my pieces and didn’t tell me about it, so I almost left without it. They lost a few pieces of clothing and when all the clean laundry returned, EVERY piece was perforated with plastic labels. Almost all of my clothes have holes in them now from the plastic tags. Huge waste of money
