visited the all day diner viva, aerocity for a continental dinner and was impressed with the food and service. We tried the half and half pizza and the chilly chicken . . . The flavours were spot on and you could feel how fresh the food was! . . . Ambience-4/5 Taste-5/5 Value for money -5/5 . . . Thanks to @eazydinerdelhi @eazydiner for the prime discounts

Well good news first, the main course was excellent and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone at the table. The bad news is that what preceded it was not quite up to the billing. Starters were okay and everyone had a different opinion, but not everyone's expectations had been met. Service was average, may be the staff was new and was coming to terms with how things are done, but lots of room for improvement. Family had been here previously and they waxed lyrical about almost everything, unfortunately for me it wasn't the best, wasn't bad but I expected a lot more.

Went there in evening to hangout with friends. The ambience is great. Staff is properly following the covid guidelines, even the menu is digitised and can only be accessed from your phone through QR code scan. We ordered few snacks - paneer tikka and potato fries along with some tea. The tea was pathetic, felt like hot water was dipped with tea bag for a while and handed over. I specially requested the server to bring 2 teas mixed with a tea spoon of sugar but to my surprise he didn't honour the request. I ordered a veg platter but another server came back after 10 mins and declined the request saying that option is discontinued now. Very poor coordination, bad taste for both tea and potato fries. Paneer was decent. No body showed up on our table to ask if we need anything or how did the snacks tasted. The staff was mostly idle and busy in their chit chat instead of attending the customers. Not a good experience.

Stayed @ Holiday Inn Aerocity 14/15 Sep...had a big bowl of Minestrone Soup with dinner rolls..for supper...a better option whilst travelling these days..! Was looked after by Sh Neeraj n Sh Vivek. The all cheerful demeanour of these wonderful F&B staff despite these trying times was excellent. With full safety precautions of Covid these two gentlemen made this an evening to remember with the all time favourite Minestrone soup filled with veggies n vitamins ..an immunity booster!!
