I always thought losing weight is very difficult but after I started online consultations with Dr. Ankita of Weightshake Factory, she proved it is not so difficult if we make small changes in our diet and lifestyle. You said u give me plant based protein rich diet plans,especially at night,where are they??I want to inform the general public for their benefit,not to rely on Weight Shake factory they will promise you big big things regarding helping you loose your weight/weight reduction but once you paid the amount,they will not pick your phone and ask you to keep on eating the same diet pland for the next 10 consecutive days without any change.Initially they will promise you that they will providr Metabolism booster diet,and healthy drinks ,probiotics and which fruit or vegetable to eat or avoid but nothing will be done,no one will call u before making any diet plan,even which you have to ask for again n again a number of times,as if u r begging for something not as a client.They will disappoint you and break your trust by not fulfilling all the things they promised,so do not fall into their trap by believing them and enrolling urself for their diet plans or buying their shakes,a fraud,fake company.
I consider Sandeep Gupta to be a thorough professional in her field, and this statement is based upon my experience of having lost 5 kgs in just 2 months without any symptom of feeling week or lethargic.
