Do not use this portal. they do not refund the amount and no customer care. I have been waiting for a month now and no refund and no customer care. hard to see how this portal/app is still running and nobody has filed a court case against zoom car. Any advocate or person in law reading this review, it will be much appreciated to file a case against zoom car as PIL.

It is a fraud company. I paid deposit for subscribing car which they are not refunding . Nobody responds on phone or mail. Stay away !

Pathetic service of zoom car, they are fraud the don't even provide you the car and will say sorry sir we don't have a car as of now for some reason and we have to cancel your booking, we will provide you refund within 3 working days, and they will never refund your money, Over and above you can not even contact them by any means... No call center nothing at all, the don't even replies to your email... Bloody Fraudsters..
