The agent calls me on 29th of October stating I have received an order and I need to come and collect it because she is short staffed. And when I tell her I paid for home delivery, she says she will deliver it when the staff is back. 3 days on, my courrier is still with the Professional Courriers, Nidadavole prpbably hatching few more courriers. And even when they come if at all, the delivery boys demand money for goods delivered. Either the staff is underpaid or they think it's their right to demand so. And as am writing this, am waiting for my courrier to be delivered today being the 4th day. This branch of Professional Courriers is anything except Professional. It doesnt allow to me post a review without a rating and hence one star. Or else, these guys dont deserve even the mention of a rating. We need one like this everywhere to rot the customer service.

The worst delivery service in Nidadavole. They will not deliver goods even after a week. Heights of negligence. The lady simply asks us to come to office and collect.Irresponsible, unprofessional courier service.
