A very good sales and service center for Toyota vehicles, professional approach, great quality experience in service especially. Usually we get 60 minutes quick service which is very convenient. Even two wheeler services usually take more than half day with other vehicle dealers. High tech equipments and international standards in service makes the vehicles more reliable to drive in indian roads.

Excellent Service and Thanks to the Toyota Nippon team Kerela A humble request to Toyota online towing please refund the towing amount and give prompt service had to wait for 5hrs just to tow the vechile. once again thank to Nippon Toyota Showroom and their team .

Car was delivered on time. I must mention that the salesman Derrin Stanziles is so good. I have been upset with him few times based on some misunderstanding, but all time he was so much polite to me. Starting from test drive until delivery, he did his job well. Car was delivered in 99% good condition, there is minor issue on right mirror when it autofolds but he said service people will rectify it when I give car for first service. Car was delivered on promised day itself. Overall iam happy. However the guy in accessories section is so bossy and arrogant.
