I recently visited this outlet and bought myself a spectacle frame. I must say that the staff here is extremely polite, courteous and helpful. I bought an expensive frame but somehow after using it for two days, I could not adjust to the frame. With heavy heart and being reluctant I called them up and explained them my difficulty. I was expecting that they won't entertain me but trust me, the staff was very helpful and understanding specially Mr. Pawan chabbra who without any resistance agreed to offer me a replacement!! He was very polite and at the sametime extremely accommodating to my request. They replaced my specs with a new one of my choice. It would be very wrong to say that this outlet is unprofessional or rude. I am sorry but I DO NOT AGREE to this. This outlet will be my first choice and shall recommend it to everyone who is looking ahead to buy an eyewear with world class service! God bless and a BIG THANK YOU FOR TAKING SUCH A GOOD CARE OF CUSTOMER'S NEEDS.
