They are the most unkind, unhelpful, lazy, pathetic and unprofessional people. There is a package that need to come from Ghaziabad to greater noida. It took 7 days, even now the package is not received. When I try to talked with their facility. The person says that they did not have the package. When I asked to atleast check because for me it is showing in Noida Sector -62 location. He said that there is no electricity and no inverter so he cannot check and he cut the phone.

pathetic service, this is the second time a courier coming through this branch and it has been more than 2 weeks that I did not receive the number. Same execuse every time, we do not knwo why this happened. This is so annoying that you will feel like kicking these guys.

Known for worst service. No respect how to talk with customers. They clearly told u they are not responsible if courier is not delivered on time. They give you ridiculous reason for this like what can they do if it is raining. They even don't care your emotions that someone is sending a courier for rakhi .. Don't use DTDC ever
