Pathetic customer care support. They make fake promises and lie to you to retain you and once you got retained then their true color shows. please do not go for their buttery words they are the worst services I have ever seen.

Very very unprofessional behavior of fusion net customer care. Every vendor is able to provide the Monthly bill even if you pay amount 1 time. This is totally disgusting.

After taking the plan of 240 Mbps I am getting 10 Mbps and on that the connection is not consistent every month I have to call min twice please don't use this service provider please dont

Poor service and quality. Took Internet normal and 5G package. Did all what they suggested for high speed and smooth access but not satisfied at all. Pathetic service.

i have always been helped and issues are fixed timely... I am in a society where the line is paramatrix and one of internet provider is fusion net.. i never had issues .. also whenever i put the service request it was attended by support team.. the request for lan exensions etc was always fulfilled by field team.. here i would take one name esp. Mr. Rajeev Chaudhary who always extended his help in all my requests .. very much gentle, always guided right n Man with solution!! Am grateful to him..with such great team members fusion net is working effectively..I would like to recommend fusion net to my friends n famjly..
