I refuse to give this company even a one star rating....they're all frauds who keep lying and blaming things on the patent company. I would never recommend getting insurance through this company. They don't forward intimation emails to the insurance company hence delaying the process. Their response timing is pathetic. They don't know how to talk to customers. It's been 3 months since I've applied for the insurance and still they say it's going to take another month. They're all liars and cheats and I'm taking them to the consumer court. No one should be cheated on by these people again

CHEATS...be careful of this company ; I have received an amount of Rs 5200 against my 3 months old mobile costing Rs 17000 with just screen cracked I find it totally fraudulent ..and am sure I will be taking the matter to Iffco Tokio and consumer court.... Its really pathetic to deal with cheats who con people in guise of good names like iffco tokio

Worst company to get mobile insurance. This is a fraud company. Never think of taking insurance from them. My claimed got settled after 7 months of calls, followups and mental harassment and that too I got amount less than which was committed in their claim document. Pathetically slow claim settlement process.
