I wasted my 16000/- amount for yearly membership on these unprofessional and selfish guys. They said the new management took over in Nov. I constantly asked them if gym has been opened but they always said No and then didn't even pick up the calls. After the gym was opened they never communicated anything to me. When I visited the gym in Jan they said they didn't communicate because my number was incorrect. I checked in their system and asked them to call and it was correct. They LIED. For 1 full year membership I used the gym 4-5 times in the first month. They refused any refund or extension. What a waste of money!!

The Gym has trainers, cleanliness and well maintained instruments, but division of space is not up to the mark the space is bit congested and area of gyming is quite crowdy at peak hours, machinery and equipments wise it's decent and contains lot of treadmills cycling elliptical and all other basic and advanced machinery for dedicated bodybuilding, sanitary and towels are not provided and steam bath and towels are not provided which I believe a must have for the price they charge.

Where do I start,this gym is what I think about when i think of perfect gym. Trainers are eager to help and will to take time with you. All staff are very polite. Awesome environment.

It’s just not a Gym. It’s temple for fitness enthusiasts. It is full of world class amenities. If we talk about machines all equipments are tested and certified. Complete staff is dedicated to deliver their best in respective fields. Gold’s Gym Sec 30 has a dietician to plan a diet as per client’s best suited lifestyle. New members can ask for personal training trials and can go for Perfect match Scheme of Personal Training. Further this Gym has Wellness training sessions. For wellness training I would suggest you to contact front desk of the gym. This gym runs many corporate offers like couple memberships and many other affordable offers. This has modern spa where you don’t need to be worry about changing or getting ready for office. You just come gym and head to office directly. Locker facility is available with large compartments. No need to be worry about atmosphere change as this gym provides hot and cool water for bathing. To check your progress you can ask for BCA (Body Compositions Analysis). Gold’s Gym Noida Sec 30 accepts cards and other digital payment methods. For more information about payment methods I would suggest you to contact at front desk.

One of best place to keep fit and active with experienced team. Many complimentry group classes like zumba, yogo, gold's fit etc. Steam shower, towels and lockers are also available. Dedicated training team. 100% persent transformation garenteed. bit of crowded because of excellency and services with reasonable price compaire to other gyms.
