My mom travelled with one of the the GTS drivers, from Dehradun to Noida, and in her words, it was the worst journey she ever had. In order to save tax, the driver refused to take the expressway and took from a way near a 'nala' (canal with a small bridge) which is famous for theft and is filed with robbers. Then he didn't get the tank filled in the morning (for cheaper gas in Uttar Pradesh), and stopped for CNG, which took 45 minutes to fill. He asserted and refused my mother to take a stop in between the journey. Eventually when he did stop, he refused to stop anywhere but a dhaba. He was very ill mannered as well. In between my mom asked him more than thrice to take the car to the nearest police station and he refused. Eventually my dad came few kilometres away from Noida to pick her up from that car. When we did complain about this to GTS, they said that the driver wasn't theirs, he was someone from outside. So please if you are talking this service, reconfirm some basic things like, 1. If the driver will take remote shortcuts to save tax? 2. Will the driver stop for fuel and spend more than 15 minutes? 3. Will the driver not let you stop at a place, and if they do let your, will they only stop at the place they like? 4. Will the driver constantly misbehave and refuse whatever the passenger says? 5. Is the driver from GTS or not? Better ask all this before hand.
Pathetic service.... Canceled the cab half an hour before the journey.... no professionalism shown by the company representatives.... False commitments made regarding invoice generation. They do not provide proper bills for tolls or for over time.... Take the services from other professionals in the market...
