I will give ZERO rating to Nestaway. I had given my house for renting. Nestaway returned back my house with 6 months rents not paid, Rs. 55,000 electricity bill and house in bad condition. It cost me 2.25 lakhs to reinstate house. Over to that Nestaway is asking me return the security money. Shameless company. Never give or take house from this company.

Have lived in Nestaway house for 1 year. They are just there to loot you. 1. They deduct almost entire security deposit amount at the time of move out. (house was in same condition but still they deducted) 2.Very poor customer support/ no customer support number. 3.Nestway agents will never pick your calls. 4. Didn't give house agreement till 4 months, had to raise multiple tickets for this. 5. I am being charged a hefty painting charges for a flat which wasn't newly painted when I moved in.

Very Poor & fake people, at the starting Nestaway will keep on calling frantically to take the services later, once once posted & agreement they tend to sit on the case without even working. I Sahil Bhatnagar have signed the contract on 12 July to rent out my appartment available in bangalore , its been more than 2 month no updates have come in & no even a call from the represennative. Bhavani is the representative who even stopped me writing the review on Review box, when I asked him his Manager email id, he accused me that Im trying to threaten him. Is this is the way that customer should be taken care of... I must say very pathetic, fake service Given ... Bhavani learn some manners & etiquette My request id was 159818 Now when i informed Bhavani that Im going to complain then Bhavani has blocked me from watsapp group. Please refer to the attached watsapp screenshop, his photograph is here. I need a revert on this else I have to filer a case in consumer court..

Pathetic Service and appalling customer care. They take your money and when the time is to refund your money, they turn deaf and dumb. I have been writing on their Linkedin page for past few weeks. Every day they shamefully write that they will look into my case on priority. But havent received any response

I rented my flat via Nestaway. They rented to tenants who were rude whenever we met them and later we were getting complaints from our previous neighbors about those tenants. Secondly, Nestaway defaulted on the payments. They didn't hold their end of the contract. I was not getting rent on time. Moreover the electricity bill was also not being paid on time and Nestaway didn't bothered to look into it until I checked the meter reading for myself. Only when I brought it to their notice, they woke up from their sleep. I haven't received what I am due even though the tenant has paid the amount (only electricity bill). No info yet on when they are going to pay the rent. They don't communicate unless we call them. They weren't responding to any mail until I tweeted on their page. Its a callous and unprofessional behavior on their part.
