If I say in one word.. Ridiculous (bakvas room) Here is no one gonna resolve your room related problems. Room is expensive but service are not expansive, sort of cheap. I would strongly recommend do ot\ stay here.

Not a nice place to live here nobody gonna listen to your complaint , very very bad condition room, owner change much money after that they don't care your room related problems, very poor bad condition here everything not working properly here tap leaking, shower not working, geager not working overall not good for stay here.
Good as per location & maintainance
Lodging is just okay. Food taste good. Bed size is very small for a full grown man.
Nice Pg with CCTV but anything happened no one support.
