Cheaters, dead Customer service, they have only a short-term goal. Price is high for the quality and after sales and service. Very poor after sales and service.. Unprofessional executives... False promises Please be careful, don't believe any verbal confirmation by the sales person on guarantee/warranty details. Warranty details should be endorsed on the bill. To sell products, they will give many false promises, later refuses and tell the sales person who deals with you left the company, so we are helpless.. No guarantee/warranty for the imported products so be careful. Do not forget to endorse, guarantee/warranty details (should be printed in the bill or should get warranty card)...

Worst furnitures!! Don't make the mistake we did !! Bought a dining table set with 6 chairs with one year warranty. After 6 months later ,visable crack started developing. We reported them for the same. received a very lousy response from faculty. person on call was very ill mannered . told us that will send their people within one week . It's been a year and a half ,but nobody since that day came to solve our situation. few days later, chips started coming out of the chair. so called sturdy dining table set became cranky and the fixed joints started moving like a cradle!! Our situation is so miserable that we can let OUR GUESTS TO SIT ON THOSE CHAIR BECAUSE WE FEAR THAT THEY MIGHT BREAK DOWN.Also , nobody in our family dines on that table. We also bought a centre table after 3-4 monts and also enquired about the table. staff told me that they will make their best efforts regarding the situation . Despite their very best efforts , nobody came for the last year to address our situation. As they now know my number ,THEY NEVER PICK UP MY CALL. Absolutely DISGUSTING. I WANT MY MONEY BACKK!!

Worst kitchen with worst services. I made a very big mistake to choose spacewood for my kitchen. They took 100% advance & assured me to install my kitchen within a month. But it has been 8 months neither company sales executive Santosh kumar & J P replies to my calls nor companies customer care email replies me. My kitchen parts are still pending. I don't know why company is loosing its goodwill. I think this is not mistake of company's salesperson, but company itself is fraud. I got to know later from a friend who also got a kitchen from Spacewood few years back that company gives 10 years Warranty on its products but they don't even visit after installation even after frequent calls & they need to outsource for service related issues. I request you all who are reading this review please buy their products only if you are ready to take lot of mental torture for a worst product.

I had ordered a custom wardrobe and had an excellent experience. The store manager Santosh took personal interest and provided good advise and helped us in the right design and material selection. The quality of the wardrobe is extremely good and has a rock solid built and good aesthetics. Planning to place a repeat order as well. Extremely pleased with my experience.
