ZERO SERVICE LEVEL!!! i am really fed up now with TATA wish to close my loan immediately. as the customer service level is ZERO in TATA. i am following from last 9 months for one request and last 3 months for another but no one is there to listen my request. they keep escalating the request and i am with bunch of request ID now without any resolution...
