I appreciate the team and feel really thankful.. I took my ecosport delivered yesterday.. Yes I agree that there was some hurdles in the process but it is only because of the things that were not in their scope which they are dependent on the manufacturer or others.. But in the operations bound to their scope they are very excellent and pushing themselves hard to turn the grievances into an awesome end.. I have to thank the entire team but especially Mr.Thirumurugaiyan for his dedicated service, Mr.Vijay for good backend support to his team member's commitment and Mr.Kamalakannan for his patience... Very poor experience ,because of such dealers only ford lost their market in India...though ford car is more efficient , durable,...and driver friendly....these dealers and their staffs give us horrible experience. these should be taken series by ford....otherwise ford will loose their market .......i am from.pondicherry.....i have seen car delivered from ford after service.....without touching the car....when asked ?they said wrongly driver delivered it....sorry sir...we will service and give..... If ford want to increase the sales.....they should work on service and after service... everytime i give for service they will deliver it with new problem ....unhappy
