Me and my husband had couple massage spa there yesterday and it was a nice experience, the rooms were clean and the therapists were properly trained! The washrooms were nice and clean and we were offered welcome drink too!

It was a wonderful experience. The lady at the reception was wonderful and so was the masseuse. I was skeptical about going to the place after seeing the reviews here but to my surprise, I came back happier

We visited this spa and chose to do the Swedish massage.I was told that they would give a full body massage for an hour , which they did ,however , I have a terrible body pain now , because the masseuse wasn't gentle on my body at all, in-spite of telling her to put light pressure she kept pressing hard and at this point I don't feel relaxed at all ! After the painful massage for 60 min , we were taken to the shower , and when asked for the steam they said , the steam is not working which we weren't informed of earlier. This is the 2nd time i was availing O2 spa's services because I was so pleased with it after the first time in Hyderabad , however this was a disappointing experience and not worth the money.

Went to Novotel O2 spa today and the head spa there was beyond horrible. I am having a headache after the head massage. Worst spa experience ever! I kept on telling the lady to reduce the pressure and still she kept on rampaging my head.

Unprofessional therapist who was giggling the entire time and made us ( my husband and I had opted for a couple room) feel extremely uncomfortable.absolutely unhygenigic, we found cockroaches in the room as well as in the bath room and to top it there is no one to even listen to your complaint as the lady at the front desk did not bother at all inspite of being regular customers. P.S : Can't speak of other o2 outlets but this one was pathetic .

Today morning I had the most relaxing and peaceful foot massage experience at O2 Spa. This is the best place to have a foot massage. I would really like to suggest everyone to visit there at least once.

Visited O2 spa novotel branch in bangalore. Had booked a couple massage appointment.After reaching i was told that room was not available for couple massage and i could opt for single massage or contact customer care as they book the appointments.Multiple calls with customer care and 1 hour late no results.They has assured theitr management will get back but no calls.First and last visit to O2. Avoid
