Trying to connect on all possible contact numbers but not even a single response I got. No updates I received when its going to restart or where it has shifted. Very pathetic experience I and my wife have enrolled for quarterly programme but none of us are being informed about any shifting update or where it has restarted or regarding our refund if gym is still closed.

worst experience ever, the trainers are decent if they are available at the floor(mostly they aren't after morning), the lady who handles doesn't know how to behave with customers and they are totally ignorant and arrogant towards customer. I was here 2 years ago too, it used to be nice that time, there were trainers too and a management who knows how to reciprocate to customers. no wonder it's empty with no one working out these days
Worst gym plz do not join.owner lady is very cheap person with no sense of talking with customers. And gym instructors are very pathetic just they watch televison while on gym floor . Equipment are outdated. Washrooms very smelly.

I visited optimum health gym (Pimple Saudagar) via fitternity app for workout,it was the worst gym ever accross the fitternity gym tie-up. They have 45 minutes time limit for gym workout,the trainers are too rude with the people on the gym floor,please do not join or visit this gym for workout.Its just waste of money and time as well. Very poor changing room infrastructure,and smelly washroom.
The owner's sister is very rude and arrogant and doesn't know the value of customers and how the customer should be treated. Staff is good but helpless and have same opinion about the cruel behavior of owner's sister towards them and the customer. Who would like to spend money to get treated so inhumanely that too by the owner's sister.
This is a good place to workout if u r fond of workingout late nights like me... Im posting this review after 6months of my membership, So u can trust me on this.
Staff is good but equipment’s are old and broken .. management is worst.. no one listens to your complains Nd concerns .. trainer try’s to help as much as they can but they also feels helpless with management..
