Very very scenic place, very well maintained by the local authorities. There is ample parking space. It is very huge area and hence you don't feel the crowd. Thereis entrance and parking fees. There is an adventure sports area where you do paragliding and all.
Great view.The ambience is amazing. Paragliding costs around 3.5k i think. Clean place.Its a great place to just enjoy the view too.
Awsome location and site for those who love adventures.it's a great experience and beautiful location. The staffs and organizers are really impressive. Best time for a ride is after 2 pm depends on the weather A must try , if you are visiting Wagamon...
This place is for who are all like adventure activities.but this place also a nice view point..big car parking space available..from the road 2km u can travel and reach the view point.entrance charge 20 rupees per person and entrance fees for the car is 50 rupees.here two watch towers are there..so many sitouts are there..u can spend some quality time with your family with the nature. Toilet needs to be improved
Price ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PARAGLIDING IN VAGAMON Paragliding spot in Vagamon is the only paragliding spot in Kerala. It is situated near to Vagamon suicide point, Kolahalamedu.You can ride your vehicle to the top of the hill after paying a small entry fee of 20 at the gate. Paragliding starts at 10.30am depending upon the weather conditions and is charged 3500 for a total duration of 20 mins flight. One of their experienced operators will first fly off from the hill top and communicate with the base about the weather conditions to ensure the safety of the tourists. This is the picture of the operator flying to ensure the safety. Tourists can book a slot via online for the same price. But if the weather conditions are not good the authority won't permit flying. It would usually get postponed to the next day. It would be difficult for tourists who plan to visit for a day or two. However it is good for those tourists who are flexible. Paragliding under the evergreen hilly area enjoying the moderate climate of God's own country, Kerala is something one shouldn't miss out. Price is bit high comparing to other paragliding center across India.
