THE STAFF ARE CHEATING WITH THE CUSTOMERS (MS BHARTI ) TOLD ME THE SERVICE COST COME 440 RS I ALREADY SAID IT'S FIRST SERVICING THE LABOR IS FREE BUT SHE SAID THEN ALSO IT'S COME 440 RS ..& IF I TAKE WAX COATING IT'S COME AROUND 600 RS WHICH INCLUDES 3 WAX FREE SPL DISCOUNT FOR YOU BUT WHEN FINAL BILL CAME IT WAS ONLY 279 RS SHOWING DISCOUNT & EARN MONEY FROM OTHERS SOURCE MAKING FOOL TO THE CUSTOMERS EVEN THE MANAGER ALSO NOT RESPONDING AND SUPPORT THEIR STAFF, THEY TOOK 279380 COATING 80 FOR DR BR IF SHE MENTIONED WHEN I VISIT THAT 1ST SERVICE COST COMES ONLY 279 RS I NEVER TAKE COATING PACKAGE. SHE MAKING FOOL AND EARNING MONEY WITHOUT MENTIONING THE TRUE THINGS TO THE CUSTOMERS I THINK ALL INVOLVED IN THIS EVEN MANAGER ALSO...I NEVER RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE CENTER TO ANYONE THEY ARE LAYER...PLEASE TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION AND KINDLY REVERT WHAT KIND OF ACTION HERO HAS TAKEN PLEASE.(AYA NAGAR SERVICE CENTER). Very poor service, my bike repair from one month now is not completed ....meter is not working now key left by mackanic ,never come
I purchased a bike from here. After selling the bike their responsibility just ended. Even for some useful accessories they just keep on postponding the dates. Really a very bad experience
They took lot of time to do bike service. Approximately they are taking 4 to 5 hours to deliver the bike once keys hand over to them
I came to bike service on March 5 in aya nagar new delhi, the engine was having problems I told the service center After that I submit the bike on 7 March And since then on March 22 my bike has not been fixed My bike was still running under engine warranty When you did not fix my bike for so long, how did you fix my bike outside While my bike was still in warranty Now-a-days, the service center people, speaking nowadays, left two weeks And it cost me 4500 rupees to recover from the spring Hero service and hero service center are very bad, I was compliant, they did not take any action against the toll free number,I felt bad for Hero's service
Worst Exp ever i have it's being 2 months now my scooty is still there, continously trying to reach them but their service is so pathetic but even dont bother to give to call back and update. Worst Customer oritended people, Worst Service @Hero please look into the same and you should look into same these workshop people are so ill mannnerd, zero experiened.. we should also have zero tolernce for your zero level of service So look into the same
Wrost service and earlier my bike was normally start and running smoothly But after service my bike is atumatcally stop in two gear and not able to start with starter Then change the gear in nutune and the give the chock and then start
