I went to this clinic in March 2020, to get a small mole removed from my nose. They told me to rate them on Justdial first and I will get a discount of Rs.500 on my laser treatment. My dad did the same and we got the discount. On the same day, i got my mole removed there and the doctor told me to revisit the clinic after a week. I also bought one sunscreen, 2 medicated cream prescribed by the doctor from the clinic itself. I went to the clinic after a week, during that time lockdown was also announced in Bihar. The doctor checked my nose and just removed small part of mole that he was obviously not able to remove in my first visit. Everything was okay till that, but at the counter I already had a talk that i want to return one of the cream, as I already have it at my home, so i didn't need it. They agreed to refund it. At the end when I asked for my money, they just refused and told me, that the doctor said today's treatment has cost me something around 600 and so. They didn't refund me the amount of that cream and instead made me pay extra for no reason. I couldn't refuse because my mom was in a hurry. Due to the Covid situation, she didn't want to stay at the Clinic. So she paid them the extra amount and we left. But I am writing this review just to point it, this is so unethical. I was told to revisit the clinic, just to make sure that everything went fine with the treatment. Its wrong to charge a patient for the same treatment twice. You are totally cheating your patients just for insignificant amount of money.
