Paw Haven is a classic example of a good plan ruined by bad management.. There was nothing that was promised No swimming pool No wi-fi Broken furniture Rat infested rooms The stay and food are at best average. And on top of it the owner is a super arrogant Once you pay for the booking the time off the owner changes... They cancelled are booking and did not give us a refund not were ready to give us another suitable date... Finally we had to go 6 months after our original booking date that too after a lot of begging. The stay is too small for even a couple... The chairs are broken and the ones that are good are scary to sit on as they might break anytime... The food is made by the care takers and is bland and tasteless.. Horrible experience... Stay away from this place

Very OK place. Not managed well. Food for humans was super spicy and same food was served in the afternoon and dinner. Pet food was late. Ok if you are going in a family. The place cannot manage large groups. And only go if you are using the rooms. If you are going to use the tents, be prepared to share 1 toilet between 4-5 tents

My partner and I stumbled across Paw Haven while travelling through the National Park's surrounding Mumbai; we were glad we did. The accommodation was luxurious, the food delicious, and the hosts new a lot about pets! They provided a guide who took us on a hike to a local temple. A lovely place.
