The restaurant has a great ambiance to start with. The staff and waiters here polite and well mannered. They're taking good care of safety during Covid times too, but Food tops all!

The Ritz Classic is one of my favourite Goan restaurant chain. Love their fish Thalis, fish platters and chicken dishes. The Ritz Classic at Mall De Goa, although at a prime location, is smaller than all the other Ritz restaurants. The food is great as usual. The quantity can be a little better but is still good enough. Tried their triple schezwan fried rice and Hong Kong noodles. Both tasted delicious. Also tried paneer and mushroom starters and paneer makhni with naan. The good was delicious!
Amazing lip smacking fresh food.. had the fish thali, every dish was unique and worthy of its presence. The staff were extremely hospitable and you could witness the urgency in them to ensure the best food was served.
Ritz Classic lives upto its expectation here as well as far as food quality and taste is concerned. However I faced terrible service experience on 14.02.21.We reached by 03:30pm (we were informed kitchen closes at 04:30) and waiter forced us to hurry up our order without giving time to properly have a look at the menu card. Meal served was delicious , however when we were halfway through our lunch, our bill was already placed upon the table. More over twice the waiter enquired whether he could get the finger bowl, he seemed to be more interested in driving us out of the hotel whereas there were approx. 5 new customers who came after us but I didn't see them being rushed. If service is not to be provided for customers post their entry after 03:30pm then it should be properly conveyed to them or they shouldn't be allowed after 03:30 in the hotel.
