Extremely pathetic. I left my pet with them for 7 days. When I took it back he was not able to walk properly, after 2 days I come to know that there were maggots in 5 holes throughout the body. Currently, it is not able to walk, just lying down whole day and night. Lot of swelling, puse and bleeding, it was like hell for 7 days for pet. Cleanliness is a major problem. They don't even know what hygiene is for a pet. All this happened in last 10 days.

They do a decent job of taking care of your pet when you're out of town. Sending whatsapp videos of your pet everyday is great but on many days the video duration is less than 15 seconds. I've reduced 2 stars because when I left my dog with them I specifically told them not to feed him pedigree because he's not fond of it. I was assured he'd be fed chicken and rice. On the day I went to pick my dog, he puked out pedigree when he got home. Now, I don't know if he was fed chicken and rice on any day.

A disheartening scenario. There were flies and dog feces everywhere-inside and outside the cages. There was no water provided to the dogs inside the cages. The caretaker said that the dogs are brought outside the cage to drink water...I don't know how often that is. There was a Pug inside one of the cages and he/she looked pretty depressed to me. Looks like the photos provided were taken a long while ago, the water in the swimming pool was dirty - overall it looked like a sad place. While talking to the caretaker I also realized that he didn't have any knowledge about the dog breeds. I would never leave my dog in a place like this nor would I recommend anyone to do so. It also made me wonder what kind of people actually decided to leave their dogs in this place.

Loved this place. I had kept my dog for a weeks time and she was very happy staying there I also check the hygiene it's immaculately clean and they take care of the dogs like there own. The best part about this place is this son videos morning and evening of the dogs behaviour and if the dog is adjusting to the atmosphere. Western so people and a great atmosphere for dogs.
