If I Thank pet step in it would be showing disrespect to the service and the caring they have shown for my boi Ziggy (5 year old male Goldie). So it would be all blessing and a big shout out for the amazing work they been doing during these hard times and ensure that we can be next to our familes during the time of need. I had boarded Ziggy twice here for real long duration and man they have treated him the way I do for him at home of not less may be a bit more. Ziggy never feels out of home had made frens been a bit more naughty and pampered but he has that confidence his fren is gonna be back to take him home.. Don't be fooled by the review written. This place could not take care of my pet. My Shihtzu after boarding with them came back with skin level knots, 4 ticks on his body, sever cold where he cannot sleep or breath without sneezing, fully exhausted and tired along with a 104 fever which could further develop into full blown infection. Pathetic hygiene. It's not enough to post pics or videos on first day and call us when there is an issue only and it's not enough to just give food and place for pets in your boarding. They are left there to be looked after in hygienic space along with regular grooming as required. If you cannot do that please inform before itself.

We were fortunate to find Pet Stepin... Amazing professionalism and a place where everyone almost goes out of their way to make our pets feel at home... Many many thanks for your service. We could have one thing certainly ticked off and one item less to worry about.

We left our pet for 4 days while we were on vacation. Our pet was well taken care of, videos of the pet's activity were sent every day and the entire stay was very professionally managed.

We came to know about the place via some of our friends who board their fur babies here regularly. We absolutely loved their care for our Brie. They are very particular about vaccines before boarding, which is a huge plus. We know that our pupper will be healthy. Brie loves the staff and she is as happy to go there as she is to come back home I like their process of first doing short visits before boarding to gauge the pet's mood and behaviour. I would suggest before boarding always get some tick treatment for your pet. It's not a comment on the establishment, too many dogs in close quarters will inevitably lead to ticks however clean the surrounding may be. Best to take precautions. Pet Stepin is the best choice for boarding if there is any...

Such a great place to board our furry friends they enjoy this place I took my dog ( Ajay ) for socializing session he was very scared and Little bite aggressive So I am following regular sesion to make him comfort Haswell has boarding also Great job pet stepin ️
