Physiotherapy will move you!!! Yes I can say it by personal experience. Having enjoyed the physique of a sportsman my entire life, I was bummed when I met with an accident and was detected with a fracture, multiple ligament tears and a rotator cuff damage requiring surgery and not being able to workout or enjoy my regular schedule demotivated me in my carrying my professional life duties as well. I was recovering with time but the pain wasn't subsiding when Dr shenoi and his work really helped me to the point that not only I was able to avoid surgery but also increase my regular workouts in a faster pace easing me into my regular schedule. His attitude towards his patients is reassuring and friendly. Sessions and the discussions with it are so smooth that you're done before you realise. Very professional experience! Visited here for lowerback ache, and the ache reduced significantly after the first session itself. Currently, completed 3 sessions and carrying on. Doctor makes you exercise in the clinic itself and also asks you to perform it at home. Proper one-on-one attention. Also, Maintained very good hygiene. Sanitises all equipments after every patient !
