Entry was smooth. Billing department needs to be more organized. They will ask for the document with which registration is done at 3 points. Nurse and doctors are kind and co-operative. After the shot they shall make u sit for half an hour and give u paracetamol tabs to be taken after dinner and breakfast. They will take both entry and exit signature at the time of Exit. Nurse was keen on explaining procedure to the maid only and not ready to talk to patient's relative. She was asking the maid to sign the register. They need to improve their communication skills.

Visited for Covid - 19 vaccination, it was really organised and didn't have to wait minute longer unnecessarily. It's good to see the staff was caring towards senior citizens. Appreciated !
