I feel bad leaving such a low review, but I had a terrible experience with Dr Sonali at Dr Pandey's clinic on JM road. I was victim blamed while talking about a traumatic incident, and told "oh, so you're a controlling" person, for feeling justifiably uncomfortable in a situation I was sharing. There was no contextual reason to say these things and I was shocked. It was not just unexpected but also painful. I dismissed these remarks each time and began to blame myself, until I realised unusual things like these were being said every session, and it was not just a misunderstanding on my part. Professionals I've visited afterwards have strongly denounced these statements from her, and I've till date been dealing with the consequent therapy trust issues. I do hope this behaviour would be noted as it can seriously hurt people. This was painful to share.
