Owner has no sense how to talk with customer and how to provide the service after selling any product. He is not ready to give any free service or replacement even if the product is under warranty period. How come all the reputed companies gives the delership to this kind of person ? Think before purchesing any product....

Very costly. Charging almost double the market rate. Can avoid. Buy similar Made In India components on Amazon at half the rate. Example Accord Power supply CE/RoHS/ISO certified available at 350-450 Rs and this guy selling non CE/RoHS compliant Power Supply at 700

The guy is not friendly at all. Very rude to talk.. After the servicing I have observed multiple times that some problem occurs and for visit we have to pay extra charge. The guy is not trying to understand the customer problems and on the tip of it he tries to give his justification. He doesn't even have a courtesy to talk to customer on phone and listen to them. Disconnects the phone in between. I am not at all satisfied with this dealer and his service.
