Very Happy to post this positive review. We contacted Wet2Dry solutions after dealing with harrowing experiences of local contractors/ plumbers to solve the leakage issue from our upper floor flat since 2years. Mr. Periera, took us into confidence that their team can solve the issue, no matter how big the issue was. We got a detailed SOP and estimate of their work after their site survey, as a result we also trusted their team. Finally the work was carried out in a timely and hasslefree manner. And as promised, after 3-4 weeks the result is evident. The leakage has stopped and the Wet Patches are slowly Drying up. All in all a very professional and Trustworthy Experience!! Wishing Wet2Dry team All the very best for their future projects and delightful Customer experiences !!!

Pathetic experience and no result after paying huge amount of 45k more over after doing all damage in all my bathrooms and terrace the owner says “I am not the beautician of your house”. They gave us the timing of 3 months to get the result and even after 6 to 7 months the leaking situation was as it is and worse part is even after requesting many times they didn’t turn around to see where the actual issue is which should be resolved. They changed all our bathroom drain fittings with cheapest fittings and with very poor finishing. Replaced the tiles with completely mismatched tiles. The clay they applied on my kitchen slab (which was not necessary at all) broke and went off at many places and created the sharp edges which still hurting our fingers while cleaning. Fooling people around with their scanning machine & water tightening solutions. Finally we got our solution from a local vendor at a very cheaper price. Zero star

They did work of waterproofing and 2 years later when there was a leakage due to broken tiles, they came back and replaced 2 broken tiles in warranty, without any charge. Good professional service. Their workers were skilled and to my surprise did a very good job of cleaning after themselves, which is a rarity in this line of work. Will definitely recommend their services. Their thermal image technology is also good to identify where the leak is from.

Wet2drysolutions,Chinchwad, Pune was quick to respond to my request for leakage check in my flat. I found that they use instruments to detect the leakage and multiple of points where leakages were found and plugged by them, particularly the bathroom. Great Job done. I waited six months to confirm that the leakage has stopped and it really has. Now I have taken up renovation of the house. Even here on a phone call Mr.Pereira visited the site and gave tips on how to go about the tiling work. Thanks wet2drysolutions.

There was a water seepage issue in the flat below mine. We were looking out for a leakage expert who we could trust. Luckily we heard of Wet2Dry Solutions who were already working in our society and had solved around 8 problems. I enquired about them. What I liked is that they provide you a warranty for the work completed and they will not leave you until the problem is solved. Obviously that incurs cost and hence their pricing. I got the treatment done for my bathrooms, water closet, kitchen and terrace. They did a very good job. Highly professional and experts in their areas. The leakage stopped on the second day of the work process itself. Their employees are well behaved and they do their work with precision and neatness. I would call this more of future-proofing rather than water-proofing. You truly get peace of mind. It is the worth the money spent. I liked the behavior of their owner Mr. Pereira who treats you like a friend and explains the nuances and technicalities of these issues. I really had a good experience with their senior technician Mr. Ratish who along with his team really handled the entire work very efficiently, keeping you updated about each and every process being undertaken. I literally got a family kind of experience. I happened to see their factory as well and was really impressed with the way they train and take care of their employees. That is what results into such a good quality work. Please note that the process involves a survey initially and based on the report they recommend the work to be completed. They suggest the mandatory and the optional work and you can then discuss and agree upon the work to be carried out.

On contacting wet2dry team, they not only completed the work with full confidence but also completed within just an hour without any mess.
