I visited the showroom on a Saturday, took a test drive, booked the car on Sunday and took the delivery next Sunday - as simple as that! I was helped by the SA: Vaishali Madam who was super helpful and kind in helping me get my car on time. I took delivery of a Ford Freestyle in a week when most vendors have delayed delivery time of more than 8 weeks! Special thanks to her as she helped me for the test ride which was arranged on the spot, helped me take a quick decision on the purchase, helped me through all the paper work and ensured timely delivery including number plate! She was super kind and generous to us, the rest of the staff was fantastic. And they did all this while they were shifting showrooms and most of their computers not working. The staff was very nice, courteous and professional; we did a little delivery ceremony and off we were with a new car in 7 days! I am truly impressed with their professionalism and their zeal in understanding customer needs and suggesting appropriate options. Thank you PPS Ford for the wonderful experience.

""Ford family experience"" First of all thanks to PPS Ford for the fantastic car . Vaishali Wagh madam is truly gem of PPS Ford as she has been consistently insisting us to take this car behalf of other car. She insisted us so nicely that we could not deny her word at all and she handled every situation with very ease and generosity. She gave us thoroughly details of the car . Mr.Narendra Falke have taken the fruitful follow up regarding loan process and last but not the least Aniket ji at the time of delivery gave us very nice service in the showroom and gave us details of ford services. I was given all information as I specified or asked. Mr. Himanshu attended to my queries and accompanied me on the test drive. He was very encouraging as this was my first drive in an automatic car. At the showroom I was kindly allowed to charge my phone. As a customer I was attended to well, though this showroom was in the process of being shifted.
