My excitel broadband is not working from 15-December-2020 after various telephonic to the local service team and online complaint ( Ticket No. 4684821) no person resolve my problem. As of date, you can still find the broken cable on the roadside no one person contacted from excitel team side. So on 20-December 2020, I requested connection termination ( Ticket No- 4717875) and the connection terminated but still after 4 months no one comes to collect the device. I can't wait a lifetime for the device collection agent.
Worst quality in prayagraj, I was interested in Jio fiber but someone force to apply excitel. Please avoid everyone they are fraud. They took one year deposit for 300 mbps, now no one intrested to come and re- check.
One of the worst network providers in the Country. I have used Act fibre and Hathway and I can say without any doubt this is one of the worst. In many ways worse than BSNL. No feedback, no sense of responsibility. They have made me pay upfront and I wasn't getting the speed I paid for and since 2 days they have taken the Ont and I have no Internet. Such a pathetic customer service
They are fraud. They came to my house I already had a connection. They said their plans were better but only on papers. When in actual speed it was not going above 1.5 mbps for my 50 mbps plan. Before installing they said we'll only leave your house until you are satisfied with the speed but as soon as they took money from me they ran away saying they don't have so much time bcz at that time my speed was very slow. They said it will get better but it didn't. Few hours later after so much tension they gave me the guy who Installed my router comes, performs a speed test takes away the router with him and said I'll get you another one to check. But he didn't return. One hour later I called him to ask why he hadn't returned he said he can't provide me connection and didn't replied sincevthen. He took my money also not any support provided by anyone from excitel support team. I am thinking to take a legal action against their company. Plz like this comment so others can also see my msg and don't get misguided by this fraud company and dump your money.

Don’t subscribe this provider they will never refund your security deposit. Better to go with sim based services
