Things collection baskets are less,needs to expand space for consumers to move, there is scope of additional space at liquor counter area, otherwise there is overall improvement in the service. Throught the months if commodities available and all three billing counters work it will solve the problems faced by ExSm

CSD area is not clean ....it looks like an Booth Bunglow ..Poor Administration ...No Rate tag on non of the items , Liquor comes here like Kurinji Flower , Liquor bottles are not properly displayed , Liquor counter is like 1980s cinema hut counter ......

* Heavy crowd, not proper disposal. Three times held up, ( token or line, billing, checking), spent half days. Slow processing. *particular items, sold out within two days * Staffs blames to customer whereas mistake happens by staffs only. *PMT civilian staffs have kept more cards by doing own benefits by any means. * Unit canteen meant for their staffs only, but whole Puducherry and neighbor district of TN ex-serviceman utilize the canteen. * Civilian staffs were rude, not respect ex-serviceman & families and to support their own staffs if anything problem arise between canteen staffs with customer. wer * Processing billing & checking is dull and careless Submitted.....

This canteen is very close to the airport. Just about the basic things available. No liquor counter here. Or atleast if they had i think stock was over. Not much crowded and you will get about basic necessary things for day to day life requirements. Only for armed forces people and their dependents. For liquor nearest canteen was in cudalore.

It my. First time to. Visit csd। Canteen. NCC HQ Puducherry. Staff are friendly and it is experienced good atmosphere. It is requested one attendent should be allowed with physically handicapped, disabled and senior citizen otherwise things are OK. Nothing to comment adverse.
