Mr. Sagar the technical staff here at the workshop is a good, humble and very helpful staff. He is definitely a rare human to have in a team. I wish him success. Would definitely recommend him. Take more time for sevicing. Few staff doing well done but some staff moving here and there. Experience is not good. Personally two times go there but Experience is not good.

At the time of booking all was good however after they receive payment and promising delivery today after speaking with manager.. later I found his cell switched. Sales rep was on leave. it was the receptionist who was still polite and helpful. Later I came to know th manager had taken a single day leave after 22 days hence it was justifiable to have his cellphone switched off. I got my Burgamn delivery on time and I got all the things promised by manager Mahesh. I am a a happy ACE KUDALE customer. I suggest this is the best Suzuki franchise to deal with.

I am giving full star for the after sale servicing but 0 star for the Sale service. I purchased the access in the month of June and while purchasing it seems that no one was interested to sale the bikes. They were just asking me to wait for other person to come and help me. Like if you are there you should be aware about some basic information about sale. Also the manager was not friendly. He didn't even bother to talk with me and informed me about the bike. As I've made several visit before purchasing this bike for the documentation and all but not a single time he came to me for any type of clarification. Even at the time of bike delivery only the single sale person was there. All other staff was seated inside watching the video by putting the headphones. But other than that the servicing team was very supportive. I Just done with the second servicing and both the time they did very well without any complaint they did it.
