Trek was good, route from which the trek lead took us was simply amazing. Experience of the trek lead was also good, enjoyed the trek. All arrangements were good proper breakfast was served and proper arrangements for lunch were also done, liked it. But some where the attitude of trek lead was not good at some points. Hospitality needs an improvement. At the end we are the customers for alpine and overall customer satisfaction is must and hospitality is most important for customers. That's the only thing which needs an improvement rest all is good overall trek was fun.
It was my first trek to vasota. Beautiful and adventures jungle trek.The trek was wonderful. All the services were really good.The team is very good. They take responsibility, motivate participants and are with full energy. Overall, It was a great experience full of fun and thrill. Thank you team alpine.Looking forward to more and more treks together. ️
It was a wonderful experience. Handling emergency situation for one of the fellow trekker was excellent. the trek leader was calm and knew what to do. Food at Vasota is awesome. Trek coordinators are very helpful and provided correct information.
The trek experience was mind blowing. Good food, best safety measures, good itinerary, knowledge full guides and best trek leader. The details of the trek were briefed to us a day before starting the trek and made us mentally prepared even more for the trek.
