This shop is total fraud. We got faulty cooler as soon as went home and checked after filling water Pump was not working when we informed him he denied straight away and asked to go to service centre. We are still waiting for the man from service centre who will come and repair. This is first time experience in life where we felt helpless. New product got faulty and we have been waiting for repair. This is the worst experience of our life. Please do not buy anything. Even rates are expensive than CSD concession. Please don't buy. The owner is full aggressive and very rude for after sales service.

Worst shop ever seen. After getting payment doesn't bother about customer. Ordered and paid for fridge on 27th Jan till date not delivered only giving various excuses. Purchased washing m/c that also having scratch mark on panel and dent on body. Not trustworthy shop.

Shop is fooling people. Army Welfare Board should Re consider his decision. Rates are Expensive No Discounted rates for Army Personnel. Online Rtaes are cheaper than ARMY Rates. Also Post Sale service is Very Very BAD.

few month before laptop price price qite low than market price but presnt laptop price list share by the agency is as same as online and offline store. please check before purches no Defence discount seen. do check price before purches .

Huge variety of electronic gadgets you can get here . Fridge, washing machine , T. V., laptop and it's accessories,and many other things. This shop is good for person who are in armed forces and paramilitary. FOr civilian it's just normal store. No attractive discounts as such on laptops. If you want to buy things from here then wait for Festival's at this time you might get discounts. One thing I noticed here is that they break The seal of laptop. Which I think is not a good thing to do just check product infornt of customer why to put a person to think that they have taken some parts out from packing. Even I didn't got manual . This is not done at all. You should unbox the product infornt of customer. Staff is huge. But they aren't interested in customer service they actually want to do their stuff. Rest is fine
