I recently renovated my home and it was really tough task for me to decide from whom I should get my kitchen remodeled. After lot of research, showroom visits and discussions with vendors decided to go with “Bella’s kitchens Pune”. Though my kitchen area is small I wanted to fit way too many things in my kitchen and Mr. Naresh Patil has done a great job. He had successfully installed tall unit with Dishwasher, microwave and oven along with trolleys enough for food storage and utensils within a reasonable budget and using extremely good quality of raw material. He is very open minded not only to listen to your ideas, but to implement them too. Its been 3 months I’m using my kitchen and it is functioning very smoothly. We’re immensely happy with his service and would not hesitate to use it again as well as to recommend others. Thank you Bella’s kitchens to make my kitchen dream come true.

Got the modular kitchen set up done by Bella modular kitchen in November 2020 and i am very much satisfied by the work done. I would recommend bella modular kitchen to others as all you will get is a complete satisfaction and a kitchen of ur dreams. Not only the work is best in town but the quality of the product is upto the mark. Owner Mr Naresh patil is also friendly and took care of all our needs and requirements. Post queries are also entertained and taken care off despite of busy schedule. So please give a best shape to ur kitchen in your desired form with Bella modular kitchen.

I had a horrible experience because of following points: 1. Work is incomplete even after 5months of placing the order. 2. 0 professionalism 3. Way higher cost 4. Materials used are average We were told the order would be completed within 35days. But even after multiple follow-ups they kept us waiting. Some days , they made us cancel our plans saying they would turn up and later did not even bother to inform us that they had change of plans. The person/owner(Mr Naresh Patil) only appears professional while taking the orders but there is no professionalism in giving the updates or even responding to the calls. Dues to Covid he has given the following reasons for incomplete order: 1. His aunt passed away 2. Uncle passed away 3. factory burnt down 4. He returned home at 3AM in the morning as he was up finishing his work for other customer. We did not negotiate with the cost in the beginning as we went by the reviews here and we believed we would be provided with best materials. The material used is average and I sincerely believe I would have got a better service and quality of product elsewhere. The only good experience was that the people who did the fittings should be appreciated as their work appears neat. Its been 5 months and still few cabin doors need to be fitted as there was mismatch in material size and work could not be completed.
