There was no staff, just one person in the store. He was absolutely not interested in customers. Left the store within 5 mins, he didn't even notice us exit. Another customer was entering the store as we exited, that customer had exited in another 2 mins. Seems the store has too much business from bulk contracts and does not need any walk in customers. Why bother putting up a store if you are not looking for any walk in customers?

The store has lot of options and varieties for curtains (the thing that we went looking for). The staff is very patient and tries to give options (obviously trying to upsell)..:). But overall definitely a place to check out if you are looking for furnishings.

Its one of the worst places of you're looking for anything premium and of good make. the make & finish from the karve road branch is horrible. the staff is unapologetic. (Ajay) its just a big name - Ddecor, rest is absolutely sad. while, younger companies in pune do a much much much better work. Ddecor is for naive and mass buyers who won't focus much on the finish of the product. Horrible experience, will never recommend to anyone. I usually never post a bad review but I wish someone from Top management of D-decor sees this.

Very less options in the collection. I went there for buying comforter but they had only 7 in stock.
