A service apartment in kharadi has the view as shared over the photographs.Well maintained and is near to the it parks and the world trade centre.Lies between tuscan estate and chowdhry basti.Had a great time staying here.

Stayed here for two nights to attend a friend's wedding. Sharing my first hand experience. Firstly this is not a hotel but a service apartment.so donot expect any amenities which a regular hotel has to offer. The building is 90%hotel with one apartment being occupied by an owner. On reaching the place we had to search all the apartments for the attendant as there is no dedicated reception counter.the attendant was very courteous and helped us in setting up the place and also arrange for few OTC stuff. Each apartment is a 2bhk sonin case you have booked just a single room, you might end up sharing the apartment with a stranger. The apartment comes with ac's in each bedroom and a fridge and microwave in the kitchen. Drinking water is supplied in bottles which is filled from 25 litre cans. Breakfast and morning tea is served. First day we were served idlis and poha and the following day poori sabji ,both of which were good. Overall a good place to stay if near kharadi.

Well maintained property, courteous staff, huge rooms. We had booked 4 rooms for a family function and had a great time staying here. Staff is well behaved and clean rooms daily. Rooms are nicely furnished. Fortunately there was no power cut. Surrounding area can get deserted but you get amazing ventilation from all sides. Food can be bit of challenge but you can order online. Basic breakfast is given during stay. Only challenge is contacting the staff as there is no intercom service

This is the best place to stay. Room is too clean Room supervisor umesh he is very kind and helpful person. Breakfast is fine. I stay almost three days really my experience was very nice. Yes,this is service appartment but i meant to honestly saying that it looking like an awesomr experience. Per night cost 950
