Excelsior is a great company to work with. I been happy since day one.Their team was ready and willing to go above and beyond to help get everything right,Every interaction is friendly and helpful. In term of management I was very happy with the organization, I was working in with: My managers and Head of Operation as well as Directors were all great people, really there is nothing I could complain about. Quite some of them also supported me in my new department for software development with innovative methodologies (everything learn by practicing). I am very grateful for this. While my opinion covers a small part of Excelsior, from my point of view, I would strongly recommend to work for this company.

Please don't join this company as the policies are insane. 1 Day unplanned3 days salary deduction. 1 late cominghalf day. 30 mins late1 day salary. If u want to apply leave you need to send email prior to hr,finance,team manager. Who would want to work in such a place where you have such policies. Personal experience,these rules were informed to a new joinee before he could join. And i im happy he didn't join.

The worst company I have ever seen. Management is disaster. They are not trust worthy and loyal with any commitment. The person who handles all the operation has no manners how to talk with employee on working floor. They always find the way how to cut employees salary. They play with employees career so it's humble request to all people do not join this disgusting company ever. The all management people are relative to each other so we can't take any stand for our self. They change company policy according to their mood. It is small company with high politics. For any function or celebration they take money from employee. I can't give any suggestions because they will never follow. If you join Excelsior Research you are going to treat as like their servant. If anyone goes against them they target the employee and find any reason to terminate the employee. Don't believe positive reviews because it's forcefully filled by employee.

The worst company I never seen before. They only know how to cut employee's salary. No respect of employees they treat them as labour. If you are experienced they prove your experience is wrong. Management team is not good they don't have manners to how to talk on floor specially domestic management team. They have negative attitude. Every time they are searching a reason that how to cut employees salary. I wish they find negative points of company and take one step to improve that.
