Bought a sofa from here and within six months it is ruined (see the attached photos). Now this man doesn't even answer the phone calls/ messages. Do not buy from here if you want good furniture and good service.

This is very Fraudulent behaviour, taken full payment and neither giving refund nor delivering item even after 1 month. I have placed order on 23/03/2019 and they have taken full payment amout(15800 Rs.) with promise to deliver item after 1 week on 30/03/2019. But Item not get delivered so we try to call the them and after several calling attampt they replied they deliver item after another 1week(on 06/04/2019). Again Item not get delivered and again after several calling attampt they replied they will deliver item after 5 days((on 11/04/2019)). Every time I contect him, he says he will deliver item in next 2-3 days. Now I am fade-up of contecting him again and again. Today It's been 4 weeks, still Item is not delivered and they are not picking up our phone call.
