Service from Incredible Holidays was excellent. The travel coordinator Varsha Gupta was very nice and always available on call and whatsapp to resolve issues. Tour vehicle or travel guide were on time. Only hotel in Kualalumpur was not so good and in Singapore was below expectation of 4 star. Rest everything was excellent. Recommended for others
A little late feedback about Incredible holidays. I had travelled to Europe with family of a 3 freinds. We were total 11 people. This is the first time I opted for customised trip. I always travelled in group tour. Initially I was not convinced with travelling individually but Incredible people gave me all the confidence and we booked our 15 Days trip. All i can say that trip was so awesome and everything was organised so perfectly that now we can not even think of going with group in future. Money that I used to pay for group your was not 100% worth as we were staying mostly out of the city center and itinerary was very hectic. Here everything was planned keeping our convenience in mind not others. Looking forward to book Australia and NewZealand trip soon. Thanks again for planning a really incredible trip for us. V.P.

We used their services for a week long Christmas vacation to Sri Lanka. I was very impressed with their pricing! The arrangements were really good - the tour guide, the driver and vehicle... everything was managed well. The location of the hotel's they picked was excellent, especially Hotel Anilana at Pasikudah and Palms at Bentota. The iterinerary details were shared ahead of time. Varsha was always willing to adjust the iterinerary based on our demands. The only thing I would improve the next time was the room category. The iterinerary mentioned Superior rooms - I realised later that Superior implies Standard rooms, not Deluxe rooms. I am very happy with their services and will certainly engage with them again for vacation planning.
