I gave my bike for servicing on Tuesday morning and when i collected it, this is the condition i got it in. Instead of accepting their mistake of the bike being damaged at their showroom, they were blaming me for it and to make things worse, the person i handed it to was denying the fact that i handed the bike to him. It has been two years since I've had this bike and no one else except me rides this bike. I may not be earning as much but i will fix the bike but at least they should accept their mistake. I used to be happy with their service until Tuesday when they returned my bike in a damaged condition. It took me two years to arrange the down payment for this bike, it was my hard earned money and even the slightest damage to it hurts the sentiments.

Always not getting spare parts and always telling to come tomorrow for the spare part but there tomorrow never come taking soo much time for servicing much of the time they are doing time pass. Too bad experience
They are no longer authorized dealer of suzuki, And stay awake from this place for bike service.
The service station is not managed properly and understaffed. Only one person to speak to customers who is overworked and frustrated. Busy on phone all the time. Customer area not maintained properly and in wrecked condition. Workers speak bad language to each other all the time. It's total chaos here.

I don't even want to give it 1 Star. Worst Suzuki Showroom and Service Center. Half of the time most of the vehicles are not available to purchase. And Service Center is more Bad NO proper servicemen and servicing is not done properly. Small Children work there, 15 to 20 years who have no expertise of the vehicles. Better Go to some other showroom in Pune Like Dhone Suzuki.
