This is a cute little restaurant situated on Baner Road near Shrinivas Veg Restaurant. It has around 8 to 10 tables. The food here was delicious and authentic konkani. The taste is superb and the quantity of the dishes was generous based on the price. It is really worth visit, planning my next visit soon.

What I tried Surmai Thali Bangda Thali Prawns Thali Crab Masala Chicken Thali Solkadi All Fish Starters All Food Was Amazing. It's like I'm Actually in Kokan & having their authentic food. Totally Worth it. All The Food was made In Malvani Masala, So The taste is at Its Best. In Real I'm Not a big fan of Kokani Cousin But After visited This Place I'm A Big Of Konkani Food HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Went with friends to this small sea food restaurant in Baner, Pune. Drinks ordered was traditional Sol Kadhi it was yumm and refreshing. For Starters we had:- 1- Bangda Fry 2- Bombil Fry 3- Prawns Koliwada 4- Mandeli Fry Bangda fry, Bombil fry and Prawns Koliwada something I like and am a big fan off. Everything was great in the mentioned starters though a bit of more masala can be used to make it more tasty. Mandeli fry something I tried for the first time in my life. Crispy since again it was deep fried and tasty it was. For Main Course we had:- 1- Prawns Thaali 2- Bangda Thaali 3- Bombil Thaali 4- Surmai Thaali 5- Chicken Malvani Thaali 6- Veg Thaali 7- Crab Curry 8- Chicken Biryani The first three Thaali's main item was the same as the starters. The three thali's had prawns koliwada, bangda fry and bombil fry but what got added in the thaali was prawns curry to supplement with rice, more solkadhi, chutney, fish curry, tandlachi bhakri and sukhat. In Surmai thaali apart from the Rawa Fried Surmai which I must say was nicely made other supplements was the same Surmai thaali too. Every group has to have a odd one out and we too had one in the form of a friend who doesn't like sea food. For him Chicken Malvani Thaali was ordered. Preparation of the chicken done in Malvan style and really yum too. Things supplementing it was fish curry, Solkadhi, chutney, roti and rice. Crab curry not a big fan of crab mainly coz of less meat in the same, but still had the claw portion which has the max meat. Was made nicely was juicy and gravy was thick and finger licking. After having all this chicken biryani was ordered didn't eat it as wal super full but the aroma of the biryani was great. And how can one forget sweet dish we order aam ras even though it's not the season of Mangoes which made it super great to have it. Just one feedback if the proportion for the same can be increased even if the price needs to increased for the same that would be great.

Decided to try seafood at this new place which has opened just one month back. A few items to try here : bombil rawa fry, bangda rawa fry, the crab masala and do not miss the fish thali. In the fish thali, you get fish fry, curry, rice, poli/rice bhakri, solkadhi, chutney, sukat and prawns ambotik. Even the malvani chicken thali is superb. You can be sure that their recipes are authentic. The prices are reasonable compared to other seafood restos, for example the bombil thali is priced at 309. Definitely will be visiting the next time I have a seafood craving!

So recently we visited this place. It is a small restaurant in baner. It serves authentic Maharashtrian sea food and has some wide variety of starters and main course. Starters Bombil fry, Bangda fry, Prawns fry, Mandali fry. All these were very well cooked and were crunchy. Taste was mouthwatering. Fish and prawns were very fresh and perfect. The quantity was pretty good. Definitely VFM dishes. Main course We tried various thalis for main course Surmai thali Prawns thali Bombil thali Chicken thali Bangda thali Veg thali And Crab curry All these are filled with loads of stuff like 2 types rassa, sukhat, solkadhi, salad , green chutney, fried (fish, prawn) / dry chicken in chicken thali, rice and 2 chapati/tandul chi bhakri. The thalis were sufficient for one . And the our favourite dish was the crab curry. The crab was perfectly cooked and was very juicy . The gravy was the best. It was dry gravy and very well cooked. It was mouthwatering. Recommendations:- Every dish we tried was fabulous. Try any thali depending on the fish you like . And crab curry is a must.
