Location - Flat is well located in front of the Qubix IT Park. Flat - Located on the 11th Floor with all amenities along with care taker for maintenance of the property. Service of the Apartment is normally charged at per day/week basis - But i have rented the accommodation (apartment) on monthly basis (roll on) for a period of nearly up to 11 months. Found it more comfortable for Office with no requirement to commute within Pune during the weekdays, Also with shops (open until late) within the vicinity helps - As commuting in Pune with the lovely traffic at all times is hectic. Caretaker maintains the property on a daily basis and also provides the option of Food preparation (which is paid extra to the rent) - Who shall cater services for Breakfast / Dinner. Apartment entrance is within a compound, with secure access (with guards at gate and at the tower) - Which kind of helps with restricted access to only residents and authorised people. Gajanan - Who is primary point of contact for the apartment, who is very helpful in sorting things for the apartment and ensure the quality of the service is catered.
