It was a very nice experience under the present pandemic conditions. Quality of treatment has been of very high quality. The clinic was very clean with high standard of hygiene. Dr. Pareek has got very clean hands which gives a lot of confidence to the patient.

They like to keep telling people what they are supposed to do. My wife was getting treatment and she is very scared of dental work, so I was just checking if she is okay by standing outside the glass window and taking a peek at her, but they are like it will cause disturbance so please sit down!! WTH, disturbance to a cleaning & filing procedure by just taking a peek at the patient!! I have never had such experience anywhere else. Updates: Before we decided to get treatment here I had a simple request, give me exact cost of the procedure so that I decide if I want to spent that much or not. They disagreed and insisted that they have a wide range of cost for the same procedure and cannot provide exact cost, and I was okay with that and looking for someone else. But then they contacted my wife and gave an exact cost estimate of Rs.3600 for 2 filing and cleaning, I felt it's okay, a bit higher but okay so we decided to go ahead. They did cleaning and a filing on day 1 and charged me Rs.2400 which makes sense but then on 2nd day after last filing they just turned back on their word and changed the cost to Rs.1500!! I feel losing one's integrity for just Rs.300 is not the kind of people I want to have any kinda association with. I was not aware of this and my wife innocently paid the extra money. They run a very polite scandal here, beware!!

My entire family is being treated here, and we all are extremely satisfied with the dental treatment done so far. My father got few implants done and my mother gets her dental cleaning done from Dr.Shweta. I recently finished my Root canal treatment and cap for that tooth was done very well by Dr.Priyank. Extremely happy with the hygiene protocol maintained by the clinic especially in this pandemic situation . Another thing I liked is there is no waiting time.

I went to lucid dental with 1missing tooth and for my second opinion, the way doctor explained me in details made me get the entire picture clear. We finalised on getting dental implant over bridge. Finally was done with my implant surgery and final cap was placed after few months. Very happy with the entire protocol of the clinic. In Covid times the clinic is very well maintained and I didn’t have a doubt out hygiene or sanitisation carried out. Highly recommend both the doctors.
